2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational. It presents our aluminium products (fences, railings, windows, glass systems, facades, pergolas) and lets visitors request quotes. No online sales or payments are processed through this site.
3. Quotes & orders
Information on the site (descriptions, finishes, photographs) is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is supplied under an individual quote and contract signed separately. Final specifications, prices, lead times and warranty terms are those stated in the signed offer/contract.
4. Sales outside Bulgaria
We may supply products to other EU and non-EU countries on the basis of an individual contract. Applicable taxes (VAT, customs duties) and Incoterms are agreed in writing per order. The customer is responsible for any local installation permits and standards in the destination country.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, photographs, graphics, the ALUVISTA name and logo) is protected and remains the property of SA-BE STROYMONTAGE BG LTD or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but provide no warranty as to its completeness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Burgas, Bulgaria, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
