A contemporary residence with clean architectural lines called for fencing and railings that would echo the building's vertical rhythm without competing with it. We specified the D-Line picket fence around the property and AV-SL22 vertical railings on the interior stair and terrace.
Both systems share the same aluminium finish in a deep matte black, creating visual continuity from the street through to the upper terraces. The lightweight construction simplified installation on the existing concrete substructure and reduced loading on the cantilevered stair.
